About Us

We are a husband and wife team who have been involved in the Wellington property market for 20+ years. We are property investors ourselves and we strive to look after your property as if it were our own, performing thorough checks on prospective tenants and selecting those we would want in our own properties. We believe that communication and relationships are key to a successful management contract. We don't employ any property managers, so you and your tenants will always be dealing directly with us, the business owners.

Full Management Service

We provide a full property management service for just 8% +GST:

Rent appraisal
Advertising
Tenant background checking
Collection of rent
Regular inspections
Management of maintenance

All this is covered in our fee which is a simple 8% +GST of rent collected.

There are no other fees added on anywhere for us just doing our job - managing your property!

We have the knowledge and experience of when and where to spend on maintenance whether it be reactive or proactively to increase the value of your investment, and maximising your returns. As well as keeping up to date with legislative or compliance changes that could potentially impact your property and your obligations as an owner.

We run thorough background and credit checks on all prospective tenants, you can have peace of mind that we will only let your property to the right tenant. Tenants will find us easily contactable and approachable so if there is any minor maintenance issues, they will be attended to promptly before they become bigger issues with higher costs.
